I am Niti Gawde, the founder of Curlyn.
Curlyn started in 2020 when I was a 19-year-old college student, struggling to find affordable curly hair accessories in India. What began with satin scrunchies quickly grew into a bigger dream to solve real curl problems like frizz, dryness, and breakage.
With no background in cosmetic science, I dived into research, faced countless failed batches, courier mishaps, and years of trial and error to create products I’m proud of.
After studying hairstyling and working in salons, I rebranded Curlyn to reflect everything I learned. Today, every product is built with care, science, and the passion I wish 19-year-old me had access to.
